Kaplan’s All Access License® Wins 2026 EdTech Award for Best Test Prep Solution

Global education company Kaplan today announced that its All Access License has been named the best Test Prep Solution in the 2026 EdTech Awards, presented by EdTech Digest. Kaplan’s model, recognized for removing financial barriers to workforce readiness, was also named a finalist in the Product or Service Setting a Trend category.

Kaplan’s All Access License enables colleges and universities to provide all of their students with access to the company’s industry-leading test prep for admissions exams, licensure, credentialing programs, and workforce readiness programs with zero out-of-pocket costs for students. Covered exams include the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, NCLEX-RN, USMLE, Uniform Bar Exam, and Certified Financial Planner®, among many others. Since Kaplan’s All Access License was launched in 2022, tens of thousands of students have collectively saved more than $75 million in out-of-pocket costs for these programs.

Among the many institutional partners of Kaplan’s All Access License are: Cleveland State University, Xavier University of Louisiana, Howard University, Spelman College, South Carolina State University, Syracuse University College of Law, University of Dayton School of Law. At the government level, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the state’s college access and financial aid agency, has contracted Kaplan to provide universal test prep and skills development courses to all students enrolled in Illinois’ 12 public universities; five Illinois community colleges are also included as part of a pilot program.
