CEO Henry Park commits to sovereignty, well-being, and abundance as the design standards behind Pandoblox OS’s architecture.
SHERMAN OAKS, CA, UNITED STATES, August 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Pandoblox, Inc., the AI operating system helping mid-market companies unify data, IT, and security, today announced its Founder & CEO has signed the Positive Technology Pledge, a public commitment from the Positive Technology Institute (PTI) that asks builders, funders, thinkers, and stakeholders to hold data-driven and AI-enabled technology to a shared standard: that it should expand human agency rather than replace or extract from it.
The Pledge organizes that standard around three commitments: sovereignty, well-being, and abundance, and asks signatories to explicitly move away from technology practices built on surveillance, manipulation, dark patterns, and obscured tradeoffs.
“I signed the Positive Technology Pledge because it names the standard I’ve built Pandoblox around: That data-driven and AI-enabled technology should exist to expand human agency, not to replace or extract from it,” said Park. “The Pledge’s three commitments, sovereignty, well-being, and abundance, aren’t aspirational add-ons for us; they are the architecture of Pandoblox OS.”
How the three commitments show up in Pandoblox OS today:
Sovereignty. Pandoblox clients own their data outright and can export it at any time. Systems of record stay in the client’s possession, with nothing held hostage by the platform. Every AI action is transparent by design: role-based access, full audit trails, data lineage, and confidence scores let people understand, question, and override what the system does. Irreversible actions never execute without one-click human approval.
Well-being. Pandoblox is built to optimize for net-positive outcomes over time rather than short-term engagement. Our engagement-trace layer keeps AI behavior accountable and improvable, rather than allowing it to drift into unchecked error.
Abundance. Enterprise-grade data and AI capability has historically been priced out of reach for the more than 500,000 mid-market companies, too small for enterprise vendors and too complex for off-the-shelf tools. Pandoblox exists specifically to bring that capability to that underserved segment, at a fraction of enterprise cost.
“The practices this Pledge asks us to move away from, surveillance, manipulation, dark patterns, hiding tradeoffs behind hype, are ones we’ve deliberately avoided since founding Pandoblox,” Park said. Generative AI is used only where it is genuinely the right tool, reserved for the portion of work, roughly 10%, by Pandoblox’s design, where it outperforms deterministic systems; the rest runs on transparent, deterministic logic by design.
“Signing this Pledge simply makes public the commitment we already operate by,” Park said.
About Pandoblox
Pandoblox is unifying data, IT, and security to make mid-market companies AI-ready. Its flagship platform, Pandoblox OS, gives mid-market leaders a governed, connected data foundation paired with decision intelligence and AI execution tools historically available only to enterprise-scale organizations. Pandoblox also offers an Integrated Data & Security Service Desk, combining IT operations, cybersecurity, and data governance into a single managed layer.
About the Positive Technology Institute
The Positive Technology Institute is an initiative connecting researchers, builders, and funders around a shared standard for data-driven and AI-enabled technology: that it should advance human sovereignty, well-being, and abundance rather than concentrate power, extract value through surveillance, or externalize harm. The Positive Technology Pledge asks signatories across roles to commit to that standard in good faith. More information is available at positivetechinstitute.org/pledge.
