Herbert Dubuisson will also serve as Crescent Sotheby’s International Realty’s Mississippi Broker of Record. A real estate professional since 1999, Herbert has closed more than 2,000 residential and commercial transactions while building a reputation for leadership, mentorship and exceptional results. His extensive business connections and family roots throughout the Gulf Coast make him a tremendous asset to the brokerage’s continued growth in Mississippi.
Herbert’s career honors include National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30, New Orleans CityBusiness Excellence in Real Estate and Rising Star in Real Estate recognition. He was also the youngest professional inducted as a Lifetime Member of the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® Top Producer Club Round Table. He served as 2026 President of the Northshore Area Board of REALTORS® and on the Louisiana REALTORS® Board of Directors, while his real estate group has consistently earned Top Producer recognition.
A respected brokerage leader, Herbert holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation, the highest professional credential awarded to a real estate brokerage manager. He is also a Ninja Certified Manager and was among the first four professionals worldwide to fulfill the program’s rigorous requirements. Herbert is joined by his father, Herb Dubuisson, whose distinguished career spans nearly five decades. Herb and his late wife, Patsy, founded Bayshore Realty in Waveland in 1983 after establishing themselves through the sale of waterfront property in Hancock County. Under their leadership, the company expanded throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast before merging with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty. The combined organization became Mississippi’s largest brokerage, closing approximately one in every four Gulf Coast sales and maintaining leading market share in each market it served during Herb’s ownership.
Herb is a past president of both the Mississippi Association of REALTORS® and the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS®, a former liaison to Mississippi’s Fifth Congressional District, REALTOR® of the Year, and Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame inductee. His credentials include GRI, CRS, CCIM and CRB, and he is also a State Certified and Licensed Appraiser.
Herb brings extensive expertise in raw land, luxury waterfront property, commercial real estate, and development consulting. His market perspective and long-standing relationships complement Herbert’s brokerage leadership and strengthen the team’s ability to advise clients throughout Mississippi and Louisiana.
Nathan McCartney completes the team as a real estate professional licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi. A Louisiana native who grew up in Mandeville, Nathan developed his commitment to service and leadership through a successful restaurant industry career, ultimately overseeing operations in Pensacola as a general manager for Krispy Kreme.
Nathan transitioned into real estate in 2023 and now represents buyers and sellers throughout Greater New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has served on the Louisiana REALTORS® Board of Directors, completed the rigorous Ninja Selling Installation, and plays a key role in the team’s buyer services. His client-focused approach extends the tradition of professionalism and personal service established by the Dubuisson family.
