Yard Force Highlights Robotic Mowers and Cordless Equipment at Equip Exposition 2026

LOUISVILLE, KY, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Yard Force Power Equipment Inc. presented a broad range of Yard Force outdoor power equipment at Equip Exposition 2026, held October 20-23 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The company’s U.S. presentation brought together robotic lawn mowers, 58V cordless tools, gas walk-behind mowers, battery-powered riding and zero-turn mowers, pressure washers and snow removal equipment.

The exhibition placed particular emphasis on the i800L, iD10 and iVR20 robotic mowers, the 58V cordless range and the 30-inch twin-blade gas mower. Alongside these products, the wider display showed different approaches to cutting, collecting, trimming and cleaning, with equipment suited to different property layouts and operator preferences. The selection also extended beyond the growing season through cordless and gas snow blowers, presenting a year-round view of the brand’s outdoor maintenance offering.

Robotic Mowers With LiDAR and AI Vision

Three robotic mower models illustrated Yard Force’s approach to automated lawn care. The i800L and iD10 combine light detection and ranging, or LiDAR, with artificial intelligence vision. The iVR20 brings real-time kinematic satellite positioning, known as RTK, into that combination. Across the range, the emphasis is on identifying the working environment, planning an orderly mowing route and recognizing obstacles, rather than requiring the operator to guide each pass across the lawn.

The i800L uses LiDAR sensing and an AI vision camera to support automatic mapping, navigation and obstacle avoidance. Its two-wheel-drive configuration is paired with a 20V, 5Ah lithium-ion battery and a 7-inch cutting width. The mower provides manual cutting-height adjustment from 0.8 to 2.35 inches and is specified for slopes of up to 30 percent. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity link the machine with the Revola app, allowing users to monitor and control mowing remotely.

The iD10 provides another LiDAR and AI vision option, with a 20V, 4Ah battery and a 7-inch cutting width. Electric height adjustment covers a range from 0.8 to 4 inches, giving users more scope to select the desired finish. The two-wheel-drive model is specified for slopes of up to 40 percent. Together, the i800L and iD10 provide distinct configurations within the same virtual-boundary approach, with differences in height adjustment, battery capacity and slope capability.

The four-wheel-drive iVR20 combines RTK, LiDAR and AI vision to support positioning and navigation in more demanding lawn environments. Its 20V, 10Ah battery powers a mower with a 7-inch cutting width and electric height adjustment from 0.8 to 4 inches. The model is specified for slopes of up to 70 percent. Power delivered to all four wheels helps the machine maintain traction, while the combined positioning technologies support systematic movement through the mowing area.

The iVR20 also includes an LCD display, PIN-code access and voice prompts, with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity. These controls add local interaction and a cellular connection to the app-based approach. Across the robotic offering, connected functions include checking battery voltage, charging cycles and mowing times, as well as issuing mowing and return-to-base commands. This gives the operator information about the machine’s activity between visits to the garden.

Virtual boundaries remove the need to install a perimeter wire around the lawn. App connectivity provides a way to manage the machine remotely, including monitoring mowing activity and sending the mower back to its charging station. Lift, tilt, rollover and obstacle sensors support operation across the robotic range. These features make the three models relevant to homeowners evaluating how automated mowing can fit into an existing garden, including its slopes, planted areas and other fixed features.

58V Cordless Tools Across Lawn Care and Cleanup

The 58V display included the YF58VRXL21SP 21-inch cordless lawn mower, together with a grass trimmer, leaf blower, chainsaw and the YF58VRX22-ST 22-inch snow blower. The group showed how battery-powered equipment can cover several recurring outdoor tasks, with a walk-behind mower for the main lawn and handheld tools for the areas and material that mowing alone does not address. Tabless battery technology was also part of the 58V presentation.

The 21-inch mower occupied a different position from the robotic models. It retained direct operator control over each mowing pass while using cordless power for grass cutting. This format gives customers an electric option when they prefer to mow manually or need to work on separate lawn areas during a single maintenance session. Its place beside the robots highlighted the different ways battery power can be applied to the same fundamental lawn care task.

The handheld equipment extended the presentation to grass trimming, leaf clearing and cutting branches or wood. The 58V handheld series uses brushless motors, with the grass trimmer addressing edges and restricted areas, the blower moving loose outdoor debris and the chainsaw supporting cutting work. Including all three alongside the lawn mower gave the display a broader maintenance context, showing the tools involved before, during and after mowing rather than presenting lawn cutting as an isolated job.

Within the 58V handheld series, the string trimmer provides a 16-inch cutting width. The blower is rated at up to 900 cubic feet per minute of air volume and 200 miles per hour of air speed, with variable speed settings for different clearing tasks. The chainsaw uses an 18-inch guide bar and a specified chain speed of 66 feet per second. These specifications distinguish the tools by the work each performs, from following a lawn edge to moving scattered leaves or making cuts in woody material.

The 22-inch YF58VRX22-ST snow blower carried the cordless theme into winter. Its presence alongside the mower and handheld tools connected the 58V range with seasonal property maintenance. The combined selection gave dealers and retail partners a view of battery-powered products across different departments, while giving homeowners a way to consider the equipment needed for the property over a full year.

Gas Walk Behind Mowers and Wheeled String Trimming

The YF30-3N1SPTV-PRO was a focal point of the gas mower display. Its 30-inch cutting width and twin-blade arrangement provide a wider mowing format for operators who want a walk-behind machine. The three-in-one design supports bagging, mulching and side discharge, allowing different handling of grass clippings according to the job. The blade arrangement is intended to support airflow and clipping movement through the cutting deck during these different operating modes.

A blade brake clutch, or BBC, allows the operator to stop the cutting blades while leaving the engine running. This separates blade engagement from engine operation, an important distinction during pauses in mowing. The combination of a wide deck, two blades and selectable clipping management gave the 30-inch machine a clear role within the exhibition: a larger walk-behind option alongside the brand’s more conventional push and self-propelled models.

The 30-inch platform also includes seven cutting-height settings from 1.25 to 4.25 inches, allowing the deck to be adjusted for the desired grass length. A washout port provides a connection for cleaning the underside of the deck after use. Handle adjustment and folding features address the operator’s working position and storage between mowing sessions. These details complement the larger cutting width by addressing the handling and upkeep of the machine as well as its cutting performance.

The additional gas mower selection included the YF22-3N1SPV variable-speed self-propelled mower and the YF22-3N1SPF-2 front-wheel-drive self-propelled mower. These configurations address how the machine moves as well as how it cuts. Variable-speed propulsion allows the operator to adjust the travel pace, while the front-wheel-drive model offers another drive layout within the walk-behind range. Their inclusion broadened the choice for customers comparing propulsion systems and preferred handling characteristics.

The YF22-3N1 three-in-one push mower, YF21-2N1 two-in-one push mower and YF21-SD side-discharge push mower completed the conventional gas lineup. They presented different clipping-management arrangements without requiring every customer to choose the same combination of features. A push format also gives the operator direct control over forward movement, providing a different operating feel from the powered travel of a self-propelled machine.

The YF22-HWT-E 22-inch walk-behind string trimmer extended the display beyond finished-lawn mowing. Its wheeled configuration provides an alternative to carrying a handheld trimmer during grass-cutting work. Positioned with the mowers, it showed how a separate string-trimming machine can complement a cutting deck when the property includes areas that call for a different cutting method.

Riding and Zero Turn Mowers for Larger Lawn Areas

Battery-powered riding equipment included the YF56vRX-RER38Li50 38-inch riding mower and the YF56vRX Z42-562 42-inch zero-turn mower. The two machines brought seated operation and wider decks into the Yard Force presentation. They also showed that the exhibition’s electric equipment was not limited to robotic or walk-behind products, with battery power applied to lawn areas where operator comfort, deck width and maneuverability become important parts of the equipment decision.

The 38-inch riding mower uses a lithium iron phosphate battery, also known as LFP. Its deck carries two 19-inch blades, with 12 cutting-height positions between 1.5 and 4.5 inches. Features include LED headlights, an adjustable seat, cruise control and a reverse-mowing option. A battery indicator helps the operator monitor the energy supply, while the control layout brings mowing and travel functions together at the operator’s position.

The 42-inch Z42-562 uses two 21-inch blades and provides 10 cutting-height positions from 1.5 to 4.5 inches. Its zero-turn format supports changes of direction at the end of a mowing pass and maneuvering around trees, beds and other obstacles. Adjustable blade speeds provide another control over the cutting system. The mower also includes LED headlights, seat adjustment, a parking brake and a USB port, combining the cutting equipment with features for everyday use.

The riding range’s Vortex cutting system circulates clippings within the deck to support mulching or side discharge. These two methods serve different preferences for handling cut grass, while an optional collection system provides another route when removal is preferred. The 38-inch model combines its LFP battery with a listed 50Ah capacity; the Z42-562 uses a listed 100Ah lithium battery. Brushless drive motors apply battery power to travel, extending the electric configuration beyond blade rotation to movement around the property.

Clipping collection was represented by the YF48vRX-RER38-BG 38-inch bagging kit. The accessory adds a collection option to the compatible riding mower, extending the display beyond the base machine. A gas stand-on mower provided another operator format within the wider mowing presentation. Together, seated riding, zero-turn, stand-on and walk-behind equipment showed several ways of approaching larger or more varied mowing jobs without treating one machine layout as suitable for every property.

Electric and Gas Pressure Washers

The pressure washer selection covered electric and gas machines for different cleaning routines. It included the YF1800 electric pressure washer, a wall-mounted electric unit and three Honda-powered gas models: the YF3200-H, YF3600-H and YF3600-PRO. This combination placed compact electric cleaning alongside higher-pressure gas equipment, with separate formats for customers who value portability, a fixed cleaning location or the independence of an engine-powered machine.

The YF1800 uses a 13-amp corded motor and is specified at a working pressure of 1,800 PSI, with a maximum pressure of 2,000 PSI. Its listed maximum flow is 1.2 gallons per minute. A 20-foot hose and interchangeable spray nozzles support different spray patterns, while the carry handle provides a way to move the machine between work areas. It offers an electric approach to cleaning outdoor surfaces and equipment near a suitable power supply.

The YF3200-H pairs a Honda GX200 196cc engine with a maximum pressure of 3,200 PSI and a listed maximum flow of 2.5 gallons per minute. A 30-foot hose increases the working reach from the machine, and the nozzle selection includes different spray angles, a soap option and a turbo nozzle. Its wheeled frame supports movement around the work area, with the engine supplying power independently of an electrical outlet.

The YF3600-H provides a maximum pressure of 3,600 PSI with a listed maximum flow of 2.5 gallons per minute. It also uses a Honda GX200 196cc engine and adds 12-inch pneumatic tires and a 25-foot hose. The YF3600-PRO combines the same maximum pressure and flow specifications with a triplex pump. Including both models gave the pressure washer display a distinction based on pump configuration as well as headline pressure.

The gas washers also incorporate detergent siphon hoses, bringing detergent application into the cleaning setup. Their spray-angle options include 0, 15, 25 and 40 degrees, alongside a soap nozzle. The different patterns provide a range from concentrated to broader coverage. The electric YF1800 adds its own detergent-dispensing nozzle, showing that cleaning attachments and fluid handling were part of the presentation alongside the machines’ pressure and flow ratings.

The wall-mounted electric pressure washer introduced a fixed-location alternative to the freestanding units. This format is relevant to repeated cleaning around a garage, workshop or other regular work area, where the machine can remain in one place between tasks. Across the group, the exhibition presented pressure, pump design, power source and physical layout as separate considerations when matching a washer to a property’s cleaning requirements.

Snow Removal Equipment for Winter Maintenance

Winter equipment included the YF24STGP, YF26STGP and YF30STGP two-stage gas snow blowers, with clearing widths of 24, 26 and 30 inches respectively. They complemented the 22-inch YF58VRX22-ST cordless model, broadening the choice of power source and working width. The gas machines use a two-stage arrangement that gathers snow with an auger and moves it through an impeller before expelling it through the chute.

The 30-inch YF30STGP uses a Briggs & Stratton 420cc snow engine and is specified for a snow-cutting depth of 20 inches. Its tracked drive provides a different traction arrangement from a conventional wheeled machine. Electric starting, six forward speeds and two reverse speeds support operation and maneuvering, while heated handles and an LED light address operator use during cold weather and limited daylight.

A 180-degree chute adjustment allows the discharge direction to be changed as the work progresses. The range of clearing widths gives customers different options for the amount of snow taken in on each pass and for the space through which the machine must move. Including winter equipment at Equip Exposition connected the lawn care presentation with the driveways, paths and other outdoor areas that still require maintenance after the grass-growing season ends.
