In 2011, she saw the potential of schema markup, and by 2015, she was leading the move toward mobile-first strategies.
“I have always believed in looking where the puck is going, not where it has been,” Mannix explains. “I spent nights watching user recordings to find ways to improve site performance and immersed myself in the psychology of marketing. I wanted to understand not just how to get people to a site, but why they stay and why they buy. Getting found is only half the battle.”
